Prices

Fixed prices, always written before any work starts. Not sure what the car needs? Start with a diagnosis.

How quotes work

If a return visit is needed, you get an estimate of the cost before the job.
If that estimate changes, for example because I find something else wrong, I talk to you first. You decide whether to go ahead with the extra work.
Jobs can often be monitored and left for later. If I would do that on my own car, I will tell you to do the same.
Travel fees may apply outside my standard 50-mile radius from Stoke-on-Trent.

Paying

Bigger jobs where I buy parts (DPF, camshaft, timing chain, head gasket): 50% when you book, the rest when it is finished. Minor service: pay on the day. Cash, bank transfer or card.

Warranty

2 months on labour. If you supply your own part, there is no warranty on the part itself.
